We ship teas to you from China and process the shipments once every month which means we don’t process your order the next day, instead we process all orders of each month in one day which is the 10th of every month, as I need to pay most of my attention on how to create tea.

  • All sales are final, no return or refund.
  • One month is the common time for shipping, track it with the number email to you.
  • Tax and Customs is something DHL/UPS/EMS may contact you, don’t worry, if it happens they will tell you what file they need how much you should pay and do it for you.
  • If you are in the EU/UK and would like to minimize the chance of any delays upon entry to your country, please provide a VAT # at checkout to ensure timely delivery.
